Who Is Svetlana?
I’m a yoga teacher based in San Diego, offering a holistic approach to stress reduction through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Serving the San Diego coastal community, I support students of all levels through private sessions and group yoga classes in Ocean Beach, Point Loma, and surrounding areas. I hold space for healing, grounding, and connection in a safe, welcoming environment, whether you’re seeking beach yoga, gentle flow, or a restorative practice to unwind and reconnect.
Asana
Asana is mindful movement, a practice of awareness expressed through the physical form of yoga postures. In my classes, I invite you to move with intention, soften the mind, and regulate the nervous system, restoring balance and ease.
Breathwork
Pranayama is the art of conscious breathing, cultivating awareness through rhythm, depth, and flow of the breath. I guide you to use breath as a tool for grounding, calming the mind, and gently supporting nervous system balance.
Meditation
I offer guided meditation and teach meditation practices rooted in stillness, presence, and inner listening. These practices create space for mental quiet, emotional grounding, calming the nervous system, supporting clarity, stability, and a sense of inner ease.
